I disagree....I think the water won't get scalding hot until you are in the shower and want to begin, but can't because the water is boiling hot and will burn you if you venture forth to adjust the temperature. Then you're just huddled in the furthest reaches of the shower trying to decide if burnt skin is better or worse than getting out of the shower and dripping everywhere to turn the heat down safely.
Am I the only one who tests the temperature before I get in?
Meanwhile, if there's anything positive to be said about my new apartment, above all else it is this: the hot water never runs out, and the building was built before water restricting shower heads were required so the stream is always full and forceful. I like to finish a shower feeling like I've been almost beaten up by the water.
It's Late and I did some research and found greatness. I seem to find that the water only scalds when you are washing your face or between your butt cheeks, when it can do the most damage.
